Kathy, Brett, and Brittany,
Our deepest sympathy on Gary's passing. We have many fond memories of him while you lived in Brookhaven. He was instrumental in creating the wonderful community in which we live and we love. I was thrilled when I first met both of you since we all hail from central Illinois. Go Ilini! May the love of friends and family bring you comfort during this difficult time. Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Kathy
I was so sorry to see Gary’s obituary in today’s paper. My husband Brent was asking me why he felt like he remembered Gary. I said we shared a lot of experiences in the early years at St. Matthew. I believe I taught both of your kids in 6th grade Faith Formation. We will keep Gary and all of your family in our prayers.
