Konstantinos Koulpasis

January 4, 2026

CHARLOTTE – Konstantinos Koulpasis passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 4, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was 93 years old.

Born on December 7, 1932, in Mytilene, Lesvos, Greece, Konstantinos lived a life defined by hard work, devotion to family, and an enduring love for laughter and storytelling.  In 1962, he immigrated to the United States in pursuit of opportunity and a better future.  He settled in Bridgeport, Connecticut, later making his home in Fairfield and Trumbull, where he built both a respected career and a life rooted in integrity and perseverance.

Konstantinos proudly worked as a master electrician, a trade he perfected through dedication and skill, and a real estate investor, before retiring in 1992.  In 1997, he moved with his family to Fort Mill, South Carolina, where he lived for the remainder of his life and created countless cherished memories.

He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Katherine Koulpasis, and a proud father to his three sons: Nicholas, David, and Aristedes Koulpasis.  He was also blessed with three loving daughters-in-law, Dimitra Koulpasis, Melissa Koulpasis, and Deborah Koulpasis. Nothing brought him greater joy than his grandchildren—Colin, Alexi, Arianna, and Ella Grace Koulpasis—whom he adored deeply and spoke of with immense pride.

Konstantinos maintained close ties with his family in Greece and Australia, always holding his roots close to his heart.  He treasured time spent with family, especially summers in Greece, where he embraced the warmth of home, tradition, and togetherness.  Known for his infectious laughter, quick wit, generosity, and love of sharing stories from the old days, he had a remarkable way of making everyone smile and feel at ease.

Above all, Konstantinos will be remembered as a kind, hardworking, and loving man whose legacy lives on through the family he cherished and the stories that will continue to be told for generations.  He leaves behind a life well lived and a family forever grateful to have called him husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Services will be private.

May His Memory Be Eternal.
