Charles was the one of a kind younger brother of our great friend Chris. A favorite memory is when Charles, surprised his peers, teachers and others with the seriousness he applied to an annual project for the whole school.
The headline in our student paper was short and sweet: “Chuck Lowe Wins Science Fair.” The rest of his academic life is ancient history, but his victory shines on.

I’m so sorry to hear about Charles. We were good buddies from the 5th grade until the end of high school. He was so funny and fun at the time. I haven’t seen him in 10-15 years. Would love to have seen him one last time. Rusty
