Cyril "Cy" Malcolm Ledford

With his loving family at his side, Cyril “Cy” Malcolm Ledford, 86, of Charlotte, North Carolina, peacefully passed into the presence of his Lord on May 31, 2025. 

Cy was born March 6, 1939, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the only child of Cyrus Field Ledford and Evelyn Pearson Ledford.  He was a graduate of Spartanburg High School and Clemson College (University).

A celebration of Cy’s life will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.  at Banks Presbyterian Church, 10012 New Town Road, Marvin,  North Carolina 28173.   

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to one of several of Cy’s favorite charities.  Please contact the family for additional details.
