My heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out to the Deaton family. I am sad to learn of Aleene's passing. She was a special person and longtime friend. We were at the University of South Carolina at the same time. Aleene was a bridesmaid in my wedding. And, we continued to keep in touch thru the years.
