So sorry for your loss. I attended the Citadel with Jack and loved working (and sweating) with that guy. What I remember most about him was that he was laid back as you could get and always had a smile on his face! What a great way to be remembered! Truly a great guy and will be missed!

Jack was an awesome person and a joy to speak to! Some of my best laughs at Green Resource can be traced back to him. Sending warmth and grace to the Mulligan family during this time!

We are deeply saddened and shocked to learn of the passing of Jack. He was our friend and our salesman with Green Resources. We loved to see Jack coming!! he talked so sweetly about Michelle and the boys, even stopping by to visit on his way to watch the boys games. We sure are going to miss him, please know that you all will be in our thoughts and prayers.

We just learned of Jacks passing and were heartbroken at the news. We worked with Jack many years during
his time at Green Resource and ours at DDD Erosion Control, although it was pretty much all by phone calls, we
were like friends that knew each other well. We are so very sorry for your loss and may Gods' comforting arms
surround your family during this tough time.

Deepest sympathy to the whole Mulligan family. Abby, so sorry for the loss of your brother. Brothers are very dear. Good friends are dear too and Mary notified me. May all of you find some comfort in good memories during this sad time. Every day is a precious gift here on earth. And then those glorious many mansions await. Best wishes always!

  • Superior Seeding, Inc.

Jack has been such a fantastic supplier at Green Resources for Superior Seeding, and we appreciated all the business supplies we purchased from him over the years.
My brother Joe Carpenter, Jr. was his main contact for a long time but is retiring now. He currently was speaking with Leo and my other brother Steve for the last couple of years. When he would come into our office, he was such a happy joyful person and said hello and then went to talk to Joe Jr. They had an excellent friendship connection as well. We are all deeply sadden to hear about his passing. And will be praying for his family during this hard time. God Bless you!

You could never speak to Jack without coming away with a laugh. He had such a light about him. He was so proud of his kids and family. We will all miss him so much.

We were the Mulligans' next-door neighbors when I was a child---he graduated college before I was ten---and I absolutely idolized him. He was handsome and swaggered around with a confident smile; when he outgrew clothes, his mom gave some to us and while they were 10 sizes too big, I draped everything of his over my small frame that I could. Before I discovered girls, I discovered that girls liked Little Jack, and that was all I needed to know.

He always made time to talk to my brother and me, and that meant the world to us. He used to drive us to Burger King and get us milkshakes, and I can still remember him playing music in the car and telling us whatever band it was. I'd pretend to know already, but would make a mental note to start listening to whatever he liked. We loved him, and he was kind to us and my parents.

God bless you, buddy. I'll see you again, and this time, I'll buy the shakes.
