Linda has always lived here life on her own terms and with the leadership of her Lord and Savior. The older she became, the closer to the Lord she became. There is no one in this world that she loved more that Bonnie (her daughter). She beamed and her eyes twinkled when she saw her.She loved her Mother- Marjorie and Larry (she adored him) like no sister I have ever known. Being an only child, she afforded me an extended family that blended me into theirs-for that,I am always grateful. When Larry & I started dating until present day(47 yrs), there was NEVER a cross word between Linda and myself. I loved hearing her historical genealogical information regarding Larry's family. I KNOW she is free of pain and I KNOW she is with our SAVIOR-JESUS CHRIST. She is going to be missed and leave a large hole in Larry, Bonnie, Julia and Ken's hearts. But, there is tremendous comfort in knowing she is under the care of the GREAT PHYSICIAN. I love and miss you! Kathy

LINDA HAS ALWAYS BEEN SUPPORTIVE, LOVING & KIND TO MY FAMILY AS I MARRIED INTO THE JONES' FAMILY. I HAVE ENJOYED HER COMPANY AND VAST KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR GENEOLOGY. MY HUSBAND-LARRY IS NOW THE ONLY SURVIVING CHILD OF REUBEN & MARJORIE JONES. MANY PERSONS HAVE BEEN IN THEIR LIVES SINCE CHILDHOOD SUCH AS LINDA'S HUSBAND KEN BEATY (HE IS RECENTLY MOURNING THE LOSS OF HIS MOTHER HAZEL BEATY.) I REMEMBER LINDA LOVING CATS AND OTHER PETS WE'VE ALL SHARED. SHE WAS A PLETHRA OF INFORMATION REGARDING HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE OF THE FAMILY (UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE MISSED OPPORTUNITIES TO DISCUSS PAST JONES' HISTORY.) SHE LIVED HER LIFE ON HER TERMS & HER DECISIONS. I KNOW FOR CERTAIN THAT SHE WILL BE IN HEAVEN WITH US FOR US TO BE REUNITED AGAIN. SHE IS LOVED, WILL BE MISSED AND HAS BONNIE (HER ONLY CHILD) THAT NOW WILL MISS HER MOM SIGNIFICANTLY. LINDA HAD A QUIET STRENGTH AND AS YEARS PASSED, SHE BECAME CLOSER & CLOSER TO HER LORD & SAVIOR.
