Stephen Warwick Hieronymus

January 1, 2023

Stephen was born on December 17, 1979 and passed away on January 1, 2023 at the age of 43. He is survived by his wife Ashley and two beautiful children, Natalie, age 12 and Alexander, age 7, his parents, Gerry and Sandy Hieronymus, and brother, Kevin. He was predeceased by his brother Jeff.

Stephen was a graduate of Northwest School of the Arts and earned a certificate in Residential Architecture Technology at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC).

Stephen had many interests, including cooking, art and music. His cooking interests led him to many restaurant jobs. He enjoyed cooking for family and friends when he was able. His school work at Northwest resulted in several interesting works of art.

His course work at CPCC and his creativeness resulted in a career designing beautiful multi-million dollar homes for several builders.

Stephen was a friend to everyone he met. He loved to spend time talking with friends and family over a good meal or while enjoying a fine cigar. He was a friend to many people. Whether you’d known him for years or had just met him he welcomed you with an open heart and wonderful smile.

He had a beautiful creative mind that he passed on to both of his children. He spent many hours sharing his love of art and music with them. He loved them and was incredibly proud of both. One of his greatest joys was watching them grow up and witnessing what amazing people they were becoming.
