I knew Pauli was sick, but it still struck me so hard when I saw her obituary. A beautiful girl inside and out - with a wonderful, gentle sense of humor too. Charlotte and Paige adored Pauli's visits to Selwyn ES. Sending love and prayers to Ali and Tracy as we share the sorrow that comes from such a heartbreaking loss.

I am a retired teacher from Selwyn Elementary. I looked forward every month to Pauli's "Paws for Character". My classes loved her visits and the message she imparted to them with the dogs. They were always cutely dressed. I felt Pauli was not only beautiful on the outside, but also on lthe inside. She was one special lady. I am sorry for your loss.

    Tracy and Ali,
Anytime that we were able to get together for a family event, Pauli was always so sweet, kind and gentle to everyone. We will miss her so much but rejoice knowing that she is with her LORD. Yes, heaven has gained another angel. Hugs and kisses to you!

    Dear Tracy,
It was a privilege to be part of the AOA to offer prayer and support to you and Pauli. She left us too soon because of a terrible disease. I’m so sorry. May God surround you and your family with peace and love as you grieve her death.

Although I hadn't seen Pauli since we graduated from Carolina (we were also sorority sisters) many years ago, I am profoundly saddened to learn of her passing. She was such a sweet and kind person and sounds like that never changed as she pursued a career, marriage and motherhood. I remember her being so excited about becoming a flight attendant; I always hoped I would be on one of her flights! Please accept my most sincere condolences on your loss.
