Stephanie Nixon Bell

CHARLOTTE – Stephanie Ann Nixon Bell, 34, our beautiful angel and loving mother of three children passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021. She was born on August 28, 1987 in Charlotte, NC.
As a girl Stephanie enjoyed sports and the performative arts. She enjoyed Girl Scouts and achieved her Gold Award. Stephanie attended Northwest School of the Arts where she majored in costume and set design and photography. She also played on the South Meck volleyball team and was a second lieutenant in the Junior ROTC at West Charlotte High School. Her collegiate studies eventually took her to Orlando, FL where she happily worked for Walt Disney World for several years before growing her family.
She was a beautiful, bright, loving person, full of life, always willing to help and always there for her friends and family.
Stephanie is survived by her three children, Stavros, Alexandros “Alex” and Arianna Bell; her parents, Spero and Georgia Nixon; her sisters, Christina and Nicole Nixon; her grandmothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM with a Trisagion service at 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 600 East Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the church. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Masks are required for those in attendance.
