CHARLOTTE – William Mack Greene, 75, died November 1, 2022, at Atrium Health Union West. He was born in Spartanburg County, SC, son of William Henry Greene and Clara Mae McGee Greene. Mack grew up in Charlotte where he graduated from Garinger High School. Mack worked for RCA Service Company for over forty years and more recently worked for Senior Care Pharmacy for 15 years. He was a member of Matthews Presbyterian Church.

Mack is survived by his wife, Barbara O’Brien Greene; two sons, Jeffrey William Greene and his wife, Jackie of Hertford, NC and Bryan Thomas Greene and his wife, Stefani of Harrisburg, NC; and four grandchildren, Keely and Piper Greene and Colten and Brylie Greene.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 11, 2022 at Sunset Memory Gardens with the Reverend Luke Maybry officiating.

Memorials may be sent to Matthews Presbyterian Church or to the donor’s choice.
