Oh Old Man, my heart hurts this evening i just came across this when you werent responding to my texts i googled your name. My heart goes out to your sister and niece. I know you loved them very much and was so proud of your neice. I will miss our chats. We have spent many many hours talking over cold beer greasy food coffee and ice cream in OB watching the waves. I will miss your no bs, straightforward, joking personality. I'm thankful for meeting you at marriott san diego i will forever miss you Old Man.

I worked with Greg in Charlotte he was always so kind to me and would stop to ask if I wanted anything to eat. I would see his motorcycle upon entering the hotel and it always made me smile. Condolences to his family and friends.

I worked closely with Greg at the hotel. We were on opposite schedules, however he was an integral piece to the puzzle. His effort with consistency with his brioche dough and diplomat cream were underestimated. I wish I would have spent more time getting to know him. The day when I would they were always of stories of older times which I enjoyed from him. I still hear his voice. So distinct. A stand up guy. Always offering sweet treats to everyone when he would make something. I will miss working with him even though we were two ships passing in the night.
