The opportunity to share some of Ted's journey here on earth was a grace for which we are thankful.
He embodied love through all the twists & turns of life with the St Peter community, the parish campus & its plethora of needs.
Ted had a way of bringing calm & purposeful action to parish life, particularly when the path forward was obscured by many distractions.
Ted walked the Christian walk & remains with us as a guide for what we strive to be.
    Rest in peace.

Ted and his wonderful wife, Rose, have been a part of our family for 10 years. From the moment we met, Ted was kind and welcoming. He was always upbeat, always had encouraging things to say, and always patient. As a "city" kid, I had no clue about how to maintain a yard. Through the years and with careful guidance, Ted taught me quite a few things about maintaining it. Raising the tree in the yard, trimming bushes properly, etc.

One day, Ted and Rose were going out of town, and Ted knocked on my door to ask a question that he thought I'd be bothered by: "Do you mind feeding my fish while we're gone?" Ted built a beautiful waterfall and small pond surrounded by palm trees with huge fish in it in their backyard. What an honor, I thought it was that Ted would entrust me with his precious little guys in his absence. I'm proud to say, none of them went hungry on my watch. Ted advanced me to watering his garden and feeding the fish in future years.

He was a true example of what a good father and loving husband should be. Ted was an amazing example of a Christian man who exemplified the love and kindness that Jesus has for all of us. I will miss my good, good friend so very much. May he rest in peace.
