CHARLOTTE – Jeanne Albright Hurt, 90, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023.  She was born in Seattle, WA on February 2, 1933.  Jeanne moved to her husband, Billie’s hometown of Scottsville, KY where they raised three children.

She is survived by her two daughters, Jana Hurt Harston and her husband, Dr. Phil of Charlotte, NC and Julie Hurt of Waxhaw, NC; grandson, Dr. Drew Harston and his wife, Rev. Dr. Carol of Louisville, KY; great-grandchildren, James Harston, Collier Harston and Walter Harston.  Also surviving are her brother, Bill Albright of Virginia Beach, VA and five nieces and nephews.  Jeanne was predeceased by her husband, Billie and son, Todd.

With grateful hearts the family wishes to thank the entire staff at Sunrise on Providence for making our mother feel at home.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023, in Scottsville, KY.
