I lost track of Gail years ago(back in the 70’s) but I always think of her as one of the nicest people I ever met.So sad to belatedly learn of her passing .

How glad I am I got to know Gail just a bit. We weren’t nextdoor neighbors nearly long enough but i saw what a wonderful woman she was. Kind, funny, thoughtful and absolutely devoted to her beloved family. Even as her life was narrowing her primary concern was her children. And how she loved Heathcliff! I miss Gail and so wish she were still nextdoor. Blessings on you, her family, who miss her so terribly and grieve her untimely passing.

Gail was a bright, talented, funny and wonderful person to be around. When we worked together many years ago I found her to be a person of great strength who passionately loved her children. We lost touch once she left Belk, but I understand that love of family bloomed ever wider to include her treasured grandchildren. May your memories of this wonderful lady sustain you as you go through these difficult days. Gail would want you to remember and share the happy stories, and it is a good bet that there are many.
