I have many fond memories of Miss Mae. I loved delivering her mail to the back door and talking with her. She was so gracious to offer her home as a rest stop for me. You all were truly blessed to have her for almost 99 years. May God comfort you all during this time. The service for her was a real blessing to me. Take care and my thoughts and prayers are with you. Donna Butler “the mail lady”

It was a privilege and an honor to know Miss Mae. She was the sweetest and kindest person I have ever met. She certainly brightened our days at Carmel Hill. She will be missed by many

My kindergarten teacher. So kind. I was raised in the church, and my parents, Bill and Carmen were friends of all the adult fellowship class. What a group!
I'll never forget a Christmas card from,
The Bouncing Barnetts!! Fun on the trampoline. Looked like fun.
So sad for you mean. Tremendous lady!

Your Mom was a dear. We were her neighbors for 30 years in Kingswood in Charlotte. She was always the best neighbor anyone could ask for. We loved her. We send our love and condolences to the family.

To George & Steven: I was deeply saddened to learn of your mom's passing. From what I have heard she was an awesome lady. As time passes, and the sadness subsides may the delightful memories eventually bring smiles. My heart and prayers go out to you both. Fondly, Lynn

    George and Steve,
I am so saddened to learn of Aunt Mae's passing. Perhaps she and Mom are playing bridge and trying to keep up with Uncle Bill and Dad. Two of the finest gentlemen that ever were. Such sweet and precious memories.
You guys and your families are in my thoughts and prayers!
