Patricia Blade Jordan

CHARLOTTE – Patricia Blade Jordan, 85, died January 14, 2019 at Atrium Health.  She was born in Hillsboro, Ohio, on September 10, 1933, daughter of the late Lewis Allen and Mildred Gayman Blade.  She was predeceased in death by her husband, John R. Jordan, Jr. and daughter, Paige Weldon Jordan.

Patricia was a long-time resident of Charlotte but lived many of her later years in “Her Beloved” Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.  In recent years, she has been living in a retirement community in Indian Land, South Carolina.

Patricia is survived by three sons, William Harris and his wife, Amy,  Mark Harris and his wife, Christine, all of Union County, NC and Lee Jordan and his wife, Elizabeth of Georgia; five grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and two sisters, Janet Dancy and Carol Simpson.

Funeral services will be private.

Memorials may be sent to an animal shelter/rescue of the donor’s choice.
